- Walter S. Keefe Jr., 80, of Wilmette, died February 8, 2000 at home. Preceded in death by his wife, Isabel Keefe (neé Lucas). Survived by six sons and three daughters: Walter S. III (Suzanne) and Andrew J. (Barbara) of Wilmette; James L. of Northbrook; Christopher P. of Deerfield; Thomas M. (Marion) of Northfield; John M. (Debra) of Skokie; Marion K. (Richard) Kahle of Wilmette; Margaret K. (Brian) Bruce of Northbrook; and Marie K. (Stephen) Jones of Deerfield. He is also survived by three brothers, William F. (Carole) of New Buffalo, Mich., Jerome (Diane) of Downers Grove and Richard (Mary) of Wilmette; and two sisters, Margaret Madden (Frank) Kottcamp of Elmhurst and Marie (Bernard) Wheel of Oak Park.
