- Ella Fulton Johnson died at the age of 100 April 15 at the Whitehall Nursing Home, Deerfield. She was the wife of the late C. Wallace Johnson. She is survived by two children, Angeline Galbraith of Winnetka and Joan Bokum of Santa Fe, N.M.; five grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren and one sister, Dorothy Fulton Affhauser of Greenfield, Mass.
