Notes: Thomas Hoffman, 75, of Winnetka died June 19, 2000 at his summer home in Ellison Bay, Wisconsin, photo. Born in Wilmette in 1925. Survived by his wife, Gloria, three sons, Matthew (Robin) of New Canaan, Conn., Mark of Dublin, Ohio, and J. Mitchell of Tucson, Ariz.; two daughters, Mary Beth (Keith) Rosdahl of Lake Villa and Susan of Winnetka; three grandchildren, Kelsey, Brant and Marina; his stepfather, Edward Schuett of Northbrook; and a sister, Lucille Rugen of Glenview.
