- Frank S. Whiting, 88, died April 21 in Evanston Hospital. A native of Sommerset, Ky. Mr. Whiting is survived by his wife, Dorothy Cooper Whiting; three sons, Frank, Jr. of Geneva, Thomas C. of Northfield and Richard S. Whiting of Glenview; and five grandsons, Thomas C., Jr., Frank A., John H., William H. and Timothy R. Whiting.
