- Lucy Anna (née Pallissard) Fleming, 90, of Watseka, Illinois, died July 24, 2002 in Skokie. Born October 26, 1911 in Milford, Illinois Survivors include one son, Michael B. Russell of Seattle; two daughters, Jo Ann (Russell) Clemens and Elizabeth (Fleming) Weber, both of Wilmette; six grandchildren, Debra (Russell) Olson, Jacqueline Russell and Melissa Russell all of Seattle, Danielle Clemens of Wilmette, Justin Clemens of Door County, Wisconsin, and Michael Weber of Wilmette; and three great-grandchildren in Seattle: Zoe, Lysander and Tallulah Olson. She was preceded in death by her first husband, John B. Russell; her second husband, Milo J. Fleming; a daughter, Jacqueline May Russell; and two step-sisters, Annette (Pallissard) Caillouette and Rosella (Pallissard) English
