Notes: Loretta Russell Ford, 79, died at home in Wilmette on March 5.

Mrs. Ford was born in Savannah, Ga., in 1921.
She is survived by her husband, James W. Ford, a retired physician; four children, Lorey (Frank) Kobes, James (Patti) Ford, Mark (Betsy) Ford and Christopher (Kay) Ford, and 10 grandchildren.

A funeral Mass was celebrated March 9 at St. Francis Xavier Church and a a memorial service was held in Savannah on March 15.
