- Phoebe MacLean Foster died May 25 at her home in Winnetka, where she has lived since 1978. She was 71. She is survived by her husband of 48 years, Frank B. Foster. Also surviving are her two sons, Frank B. (Jean) Foster, Jr. of Cincinnati and Timothy (Joy) Foster of Mundelein; and grandchildren Heather and Jennifer Foster. Burial was at Memorial Park, Skokie.
