- John P. Fox Jr., 83, of Wilmette, died January 5, 2002 in Evanston. Born in Chicago December 14, 1918 to the late John P. Sr. and Irene (née Boyle) Fox. Preceded in death by a sister, Mary Alice Fox, August 17, 1993. Survivors include a sister, Mildred F. Cummings of Wilmette; a niece, Nancy (Mark) McGowan of Wilmette; and three nephews, Richard C. (Kerry) Cummings Jr. of Glenview, William E. Cummings of Evanston, and John F. (Eileen) Cummings of Arlington Heights
