- Robert A. Masterton, 76, of Wilmette, died December 10, 1999 in Evanston Hospital. Born April 1, 1923 in Dublin, Ireland. Survivors include his wife, Phyllis; four sons, Robert (Julie) Masterton of Elmhurst, Brian (Karen) Masterton of Arlington Heights, Desmond (Ingrid) Masterton of Morton Grove and Patrick (Joyce) Masterton of Carol Stream; one daughter Mary (Edward) Kebler of Northbrook; 15 grandchildren; one brother, Tony; and three sisters, Peggy, Nancy and Olive; and sister-in-law of Rita Masterton.
