Mrs. Wiley is survived by her daughter, Kathleen Nancy Otter; her parents, Dona (the late Thomas) Wiley; a sister Linda (John) Ball; and her nieces and nephews, John, Natalie, Thomas and Julia Ball. Memorial services were held Dec. 16 at Gregory's Episcopal Church. Interment was private.
