Marsh M. Rowell and Elisabeth P. Campbell graduated from Army Reserve Officer Training Corps National Advanced Leadership Camp at Fort Lewis, Tacoma, Wash. Rowell is the son of Marsh M. Rowell of Glencoe and Amelia P. Rowell of Geneva, Ill.
