- Augusta Glaser Rowell, 89, a resident of Wilmette, died Thursday, Dec. 25 in St. Francis Hospital. Mrs. Rowell was born Aug. 8, 1914 in Pottsville, Pa. Survivors include three daughters, Suzanne (William) Southwell, Judith E. (Patrick) Blackburn, Mary A. (Kevin White) Rowell; two sons, Marsh M. Rowell, Jr. and Joseph G. (Edith) Rowell; 14 grandchildren, one great-grandchild; a sister, Agnes G. Roberts; and many nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by her husband, M. Mason Rowell; and two daughters, Joyce Ann (Timothy) McCarron and Paula Mary Rowell. Interment will be at All Saints Cemetery in Des Plaines.
