Notes: Richard Marcus of Wilmette won the backing of attorney and author, Scott Turrow, in his effort to win the Democratic primary nomination for the judicial vacancy in the 9th Subcircuit. Marcus, a practicing attorney with offices in Glenview, is also a commissioner for the Wilmette Park District. Marcus and his wife, Vivian, have resided in Wilmette for more than 20 years. They have three sons, Robert, Geoffrey and Benjamin.
