Survivors include her husband of 55 years, William; children, Maureen (Thomas) Gillette, Cathleen (Thomas) Johnson, William and Bryant (Patricia) Murphy; grandchildren, Sean Murphy and Leslie, Chad, Nathan, Justin and Nicole Johnson; two great-grandchildren; and brother, James (Jean) Gats.

A memorial service will be held at 11:30 a.m. Jan. 16 in Messiah Lutheran Church, 1605 Vernon Ave., Park Ridge.
