- David T. Meskill, 86, a former resident of Wilmette, died Jan. 13 in York, Maine. Mr. Meskill was born Aug. 9, 1917 in Boston, Mass., son of Davit T. Meskill, Sr. and Florence M. Flynn of South Berwick, Maine. In 1942 he married Adelaide Hogan.
Survivors include his wife, Adelaid; four daughters, Kathleen (Richard) Wozencroft of Washington, D.C., Susan (John) Foote of Windsor, Conn., Patricia (Christopher) Marston of Boston, Mass., and Maureen (John) O'Donnell of Portsmouth, N.H.; one son, Timothy (Joan Murphy) Meskill of Seattle, Wash.; several grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
A funeral service was held Jan. 17 at St. Christopher Church in York Harbor, Maine. A memorial service will be held in Wilmette at a later date.
