Frank G. Soule is summoned by death; prominent analysist

Funeral services for Frank G. Soule, 1045 Michigan avenue, were held from the Scott chapel at 1022 Davis street, Evanston, Tuesday afternoon of this week. Mr. Soule, who had been a resident of Wilmette for the past three years, died last Saturday at the Evanston hospital where he had been undergoing treatment for some time.
He was president and founder of the National Bureau of Analysis and the originator of the laboratory system of detecting disease. He was prominent in the Chicago Rotary club, having been one of its earliest members and always an active worker in the club. He was also a member of the Ouilmette Country club and of the First Presbyterian church.
Dr. Stephen A. Lloyd officiated at the funeral services and burial was at Memorial Park. Mr. Soule is survived by his widow and three daughters, Helen and Lynette Soule and Mrs. Grant Hamilton of Oak Park. Mr. Soule's boyhood home was in Carlinville, Ill., whence he came to Chicago 35 years ago, living on Oak Park for many years. He was 67 years old.- Featured Link
