Notes: James D. Boyd Jr., 51, of Glenview, died last Thursday, Feb. 19, in Evanston Hospital. Mr. Boyd was born May 9, 1952 in Chicago. Survivors include his wife, Susan (nee Holland) of Glenview; his son, Jason; his daughter Jessica; his sister, Linda (Craig) Ruisz of Tinley Park; and his brother, Tom of Chicago. Mr. Boyd's parents were the late James D. Sr. and Marion.
