- Sharon O'Farrell, a former Wilmette resident, died May 9 following a fire in her Waukegan home. She is survived by her husband, Robert E., her mother, Leila M. Franke of Wilmette; a brother, Jimm E. Franke of Wilmette. The funeral was held at the Marsh Funeral Home with burial in the Garden of Memories Cemetery, both in Waukegan.
