Notes: Mrs. Elsie Green Piper Westbrook, 87, died Dec. 3 [1977] in Normandy House in Wilmette where she had lived the past two years. Mrs. Westbrook was born in Kansas City, Mo. [Missouri]. Mrs. Westbrook's husband, Ira, died in 1970. She is survived by a daughter, Pat Ware of Kenilworth; a son, Edward Elliott of River Forest; and five grandchildren. Burial was private.
