Mrs. Martha L. Miller, 48, wife of Peter N. Miller, died Friday, May 10, at her home, 126 Central Park avenue, Wilmette, after a lingering illness. Mrs. Miller came to Wilmette two years ago from Evanston, where she was born and where she had lived for 46 years. Besides her husband she is survived by a daughter, Dorothy, a sister, Mrs. Herbert R. Dahncke, of 103 Sixteenth street, Wilmette, and a brother, William Leser. The funeral services were held Monday afternoon at 1:30 o'clock from her late residence to St. John's Lutheran church, with the Rev. Herman Meyer officiating. Burial took place at St. Peter's Lutheran cemetery, Niles Center.
