Survivors include his wife, Kathleen (nee Dense) of Northbrook; two sons, Daryl (James) Riley of Chicago and Scott (Katherine) of Northfield; a daughter, Sabrina of Northbrook; six grandchildren, Colleen (Bruce) Mygatt, Mike (Sharon) Riley, Conner Riley, William Scott (Nora), Christopher James and John Heitmann; and five great-grandchildren.
