Hold funeral rites for Mrs. C. E. Shaw

Mrs. C. E. Shaw, 1529 Forest avenue, died Thursday, June 27, at the Grant hospital in Chicago, where she had been taken the previous Saturday.

Mrs. Shaw was twenty-nine years old, and the mother of two young children, Clarence E. Jr., five years old, and Joan Marcene, two and a half years old. Besides the children she is survived by her husband, C. E. Shaw, who is in the screw and bolt manufacturing business in Chicago.
Funeral services were held Saturday at the Graceland cemetery with Dr. John R. Nichols, former pastor of the Rogers Park Congregational church, officiating. Burial took place at Rosehill cemetery.
