Hold funeral Tuesday for Mrs. Adeline E. Elliott

Mrs. Adeline Elvira Elliott, 79, died Saturday, July 13, at the home of her daughter and son-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Charles G. Decker, 191 Fuller lane, Winnetka. For the past six years Mrs. Elliott had made her home with the Deckers in Winnetka, and prior to that had lived with them in Wilmette.
She had been active in the work of the Wilmette Parish Methodist church until a few years ago and was the first president of the Home Missionary society of that church.
Two daughters, Mrs. Decker, of Winnetka, and Mrs. Daisy P. Brown, of Los Angeles, Cal., and two sons, Robert Elliott, of Chicago, and Harry Elliott, of Park Ridge, survive her.
The funeral services were held at Scott's funeral home, 1109 Central avenue, Wilmette, Tuesday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock, with the Rev. Horace G. Smith of the Wilmette Parish Methodist Church, officiating. Burial was at Memorial Park cemetery.- Featured Link
