Miss Anna B. Ross died Sunday, September 1, at the home of her sister, Mrs. Theodore B. Potter, 607 Forest avenue, with whom she had lived since she became ill seven months ago. Miss Ross is well known in Wilmette, having served as secretary to Dr. Hubert Carleton of St. Augustine’s Episcopal church for four years prior to her illness. Besides her sister, Miss Ross is survived by a niece, Mrs. Collins H. Slayton, 617 Washington avenue.
Funeral services were held for Miss Ross at the Potter home, 607 Forest avenue, Tuesday afternoon at 2:30 o’clock. Burial took place at Graceland cemetery.- Featured Link
