Joseph Reinwald succumbs to lengthy illness Monday

Joseph Reinwald, 1101 Illinois road, Wilmette, a lifetime resident of the north shore, died at his home Monday of this week after an illness of several months. Mr. Reinwald was born in Glencoe 77 years ago last November. He was a retired carpenter. Surviving him are eleven children, all but two of whom live in Wilmette, thirty-nine grandchildren, and two great grandchildren.
The seven surviving sons are: Joseph, Jr., of Rogers Park, and Jacob, Anton, William, Hubert, Bernard, and John, all of Wilmette. The daughters are: Mrs. Barbara Braun, Mrs. Mary Thalman, and Mrs. Margaret Kriesant of Wilmette, and Mrs. Theresa Levernier of Northfield.
Funeral services were held at 9:30 o’clock Thursday morning oat St. Joseph’s church followed by burial in St. Joseph’s cemetery.- Featured Link
