Mrs. Heinz was born Jan. 19, 1922 in Chicago. Survivors include her husband of 57 years, Arthur P. Jr.; a son, John of Wichita, Kan.; a daughter, Susan (Tom) Talty of Wheaton; one granddaughter, Katharine Talty; four nephews, Jerry (Tina), Tom (Anne), Bill (Madonna) and John (Sharon) Heinz; and two nieces, Annette (Larry) Rafferty and Mary Heinz (George Martin.)
