Funeral services for Frank Pavlik, Sr., 72, of 562 West Railroad avenue, Kenilworth, were held from his late residence Tuesday afternoon at 2 o’clock. Mr. Pavlik died Thursday morning, October 24, in Miami, Fla. He was a veteran stone carver, having been in business on the north shore for thirty-five years. Mr. Pavlik was a member of Jungman lodge No. 20, Czecho-Slovak Association of Chicago. He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Elizabeth Pavlik, three sons, Frank, Jr., and Roy, of Kenilworth, and George, of Waukegan, and two daughters, Mrs. Pauline Steele, of Kenilworth, and Mrs. Norman K. McArthur, of Glencoe. Burial was at the Bohemian National cemetery in Chicago.
