- Local students will live with local families and work in service projects in Latin American Villages this summer in a program sponsored by Amigos de las Americas. Participants include North Shore Country Day students Dan Killian of Wilmette and Ben Kegan of Glencoe, and New Trier students Denis Pong, Christine Newton, Jen Kanare, Kelsey Crowley, Jennifer Ivers, Andrew McGurn, Kristen Lahmeyer and Connor Heinrich.
