- Greg Antell, son of Carol and Jim Antell, and Andy Vogler, son of Linda and Jim Vogler, are Eagle Scouts in Troop 20 in Winnetka. Mal O'Connell, former Troop 20 Eagle Scout, and now assistant Scoutmaster, was presented with a service award. Eagle Scout Rick Dsida won silver palm for earning badges beyond Eagle rank. Mark Bart, former Troop 20 Eagle Scout won Scoutmaster Training Award. Years of service awards went to Tom Fritts (40 years) and Mal O'Connell (22 years) and Stan Grace (21 years). Sean Griffis, son of Randy and Kathie Griffis of Wilmette, attained the rank of Eagle Scout in St. Francis Xavier Troop 2.
