- Mrs. Mary Reinwald Thalmann, 75, formerly of 2311 Lake Avenue, Wilmette, and a resident of the village all her life, died January 12 in the Barrington Rest Home. Mrs. Thalmann was born in Gross Point, now part of Wilmette. She was the wife of the late Joseph Thalmann Burial was in Memorial Park Cemetery. Mrs. Thalmann is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Clarence (Jewel) Eisenhauer of Wilmette; six sons, Lawrence J., William A., George J., Raymond, Arthur B., all of Wilmette, and Ernest F. of Northfield; 11 grandchildren, three sisters, Mrs. Barbara Braun of Wilmette, Mrs. Theresa Levernier and Mrs. Margaret Thalmann, both of Northfield; and six brothers, Jacob, Hubert, Bernard, John, and Anthony Reinwald, all of Wilmette, and William of Northfield. She was a sister of the late Joseph Reinwald.
