Notes: Clarence F. "Pete" Smith, 78, a 49-year resident of Glenview, died Sunday, June 27 [2004] in Lutheran General Hospital, Park Ridge. Mr. Smith was born May 2, 1926 in Evanston. Survivors include his wife of 49 years, Audrey L. nee Harwell, of Glenview; his son, Dion (Denise) of Rockford; two daughters, Kimberly (Dan) Lynch of Northfield and Karin Layton of Washington state; six grandchildren; and his brother, David (Susan) of Bloomingdale.
