Notes: Ken Johnson, former Glenview resident, found himself trapped last week inside the back of his moving van for more than a half hour. The vehicle's back door swung shut behind Johnson while he was loading boxes, and he couldn't get it to open again. The van was equiped with child-safety locks intended to prevent children from opening the doors.
