Robert Langdon Keats, 90, a resident of Wilmette, died July 30 at Hospice of the North Shore.

Mr. Keats was born March 2, 1914 in Chicago to George and Rose Keats. In 1943 he married Margaret Anne Achelpohl of Galesburg, Ill.

Survivors include three sons, Douglas Edward (Carolyn) Keats of Gilbert, Ariz., Roger Alan (Kristina) Keats of Wilmette and Walter Langdon (Winnie) Keats of Wilmette; and one granddaughter, Alexandra of Wilmette.

He is predeceased by his wife, Margaret Anne (nee Achelpohl) Keats; and his son, Robert George Keats who was killed in action in Vietnam in 1968.

There will be a gathering for family and friends from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Sunday, Aug. 15 at the home of Roger and Tina Keats, 845 Sheridan Road in Wilmette.
