Notes: Wilmette trustees approved agreements clearing the way for a $3.5 million sale of the Mallinckrodt building to developer Oculus/Pickus for development of 86 senior housing condominiums. The village is acting as an intermediary in the sale between the developer and the park district, but pushed for affordable units and financial guarantees from the developer. Twelve of the 86 units will be sold for between $159,000 and $199,000, and would be resold to new owners on a waiting list system modeled after the Village Green Atrium.
