- The Wilmette Historical Museum will celebrate its grand re-opening on Sept. 19 at 609 Ridge Road. A new wing on the side and rear of the building created a new entrance, but also allowed much of the original 1896 building to be opened for visitors. Comments by curator, Patrick Leary.
