- Frank Richards Young, 80, of 510 Fifth Avenue, Wilmette, died at the Presbyterian Home in Evanston last Friday. Before moving to Wilmette, he had been a resident of Kenilworth, where he served as a trustee of the village (1914-18) and as its president (1919-21). Surviving are his widow, Norma W.; a daughter, Mrs. William C. White, of the home address; and two grandchildren, Mrs. Thomas C. Chester, 3502 Meadow Lane, Glenview and William C. White, Evanston.
