Notes: Evelyn S. (nee Steinberg) Lees, 88, formerly of Chicago and Lincolnwood, died Sept. 15 in her Northbrook home.

Mrs. Lees was born May 18, 1916 in Detroit.
Survivors include two daughters, Ellen of Evanston and Marilyn (Robert) Reinish of Deerfield; two sons, Richard (Carol) of Los Angeles and James (the late Patricia A.) of Ann Arbor, Mich.; three grandchildren, Scott L. Reinish, Julie (David) Gold and Jennifer (fiancé, Jason Zimmerer) Lees; and a sister, Jeanne (David) Diamond.

She was preceded in death by her husband, William M.

Interment was in Shalom Memorial Park in Arlington Heights.
