Notes: Graveside services for Harper Elmer Osborn, former resident of Wilmette from 1924 until 1941, were held Tuesday at Rosehill Cemetery in Chicago. Mr. Osborn, who was 83 years old, died November 17 in Altadena, California, where he had lived for the past seven years. He was a native of Denrock, Illinois. He is survived by his wife, Sarah Wildman Osborn, of Altadena; by two sons, Harold W. of Glen Ellyn and Philip H. of Pasadena, California; by two sisters, Mrs. Frank Bennett of Reinbeck, Iowa, and Mrs. Ralph Ewing of Rugby, North Dakota
