Mr. Sullivan was born Feb. 12, 1922 in Chicago.

Survivors include two daughters, Marcy (Larry) Truman and Kathy (Steve) Young; a son, Mike (Marti); and six grandchildren, Elizabeth and Caitlin Truman, Carter and Allie Young and Paul and Grace Sullivan. He was preceded in death by his wife, Marcy, and a brother, Stewart, who was killed in World War II.
