Notice is hereby given that on Wednesday, January 5, 2005 at 7:30 P.M., the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Wilmette will conduct a public hearing in the Council Chambers of Village Hall, 1200 Wilmette Avenue, Wilmette, Illinois when matters listed below will be considered:

2004-Z-66 615 Romona Road

A request by Charlie Hong for a 7' front yard setback variation, a 0.01' combined side yard setback variation, a 75.6 square foot (3.94%) front yard impervious surface coverage variation, and a 238.57 square foot (3.0%) total floor area variation to permit the construction of an attached two-car garage on the property legally described as:

Lot 7 and the East ½ of Vacated Alley lying West of and Adjoining said lot in Block 1 in Hollywood Terrace, being a Subdivision of Lots 1 to 18 in Block 1, 2 and 4 to 17 and Lot 20 in Block 2 in United Realty Company's First Addition to Skokie Boulevard Addition to Willmette, being a Subdivision of the North 13 ½ Acres of the Southwest ¼ of the Northwest ¼ of Section 32, Township 42 North, Range 13 East of the Third Principal Meridian, in Cook County, Illinois

2004-Z-77 250 Vista Court A request by Raanan and Nurit Crystal for an 8' front yard setback variation and a 151.94 s.f. (7.19%) front yard impervious surface variation to permit the construction of a two-car garage on the legal non-conforming property legally described as:

Lot 46 in Fifth Addition to Hollywood in Wilmette, Being a Subdivision of Parts of Certain Lots in County Clerk's Division Section 32, Township 42, Range 13, East of the Third Principal Meridian, in Cook County, Illinois

2005-Z-1 1042 Cherokee Road A request by Lyle Klimesh for a 24.4' rear yard of a double frontage lot setback variation to permit the construction of a new detached two-car garage on the property legally described as:

Lot 4 in Indian Hill Estate, Unit No. 2, A Subdivision of Part of the Southeast Quarter of Section 29, Township 42 North, Range 13 East of the 3rd Principal Meridian, in Cook County, Illinois.

2005-Z-2 909 Osage Lane A request by David Baby for a 1.01' combined side yard setback variation and a lot separation variation on the property legally described as:

Lot 11 and 12 in Block 10 in the Resubdivision of Blocks 9 and 10 in Indian Hill Estates, being a subdivision of the Part of the Southwest Quarter of Section 29, Township 42 North, Range 13, East of the Third Principal Meridian, in Cook County, Illinois.

2005-Z-3 819 Prairie Avenue A request by Mark and Yelena Frutig for a 11.6' side yard adjoining a street setback variation, a 91.38 s.f. (22.29%) rear yard pavement impervious surface variation and a 2.3' side yard setback variation, a 93.38 s.f. (22.78%) total rear yard impervious surface to permit the construction of a two car garage and drive on the property legally described as:

Lot 1 in the Subdivision of Block 6 (Except the Southeast 150 feet of the Northeast 50 feet Thereof) of Dingee and Mc Daniel's Resubdivision of Blocks 3, 6, 9 and 10 and the South ½ of Block 8 of Wilmette Village in Township 42 North, Range 13, East of the 3rd Principal Meridian, in the Village of Wilmette, Cook Co., Illinois.
