- Carolyn Kriss will compete in the 2002 Chicago Shakespeare Competition on Feb. 25 at the Chicago Skakespeare Theatre at Navy Pier. Kriss was chosen through a competition on campus. Katy Lum is first alternate and second alternate is Scott Thomas. Judges were staff members Barbara Anderson, Cindee Scott, Greg Scott and Deanna Sutter; Reading Center holds tutorial sessions to prepare for college entrance tests; American Field Service/ International Exchange Program seeks host families for foreign student visitors. Contact person is Bitsy Winograd is currently hosting Alex Kilbertus from Austria. Senior Jane Penley spent summer in Argentina through the program.; Global Exchange Club holds social events focusing on culture and traditions. Mitch Jones is the club sponsor; International Club sponsors Roots of New Trier next week
