Notes: Mrs. Helen D. Carleton, 75, of 1245 Maple avenue, Wilmette, died Saturday in her home. She was the wife of the Rev. Hubert Carleton, former rector of St. Augustine's Episcopal Church. Other survivors are a daughter, Mrs. Rowland B. (Phyllis) Anthony Jr. of Flossmoor and two grandchildren.
