2004-Z-49 1103 Elmwood Avenue A request by Sean and Susan Gallagher for a 3.35' side yard adjoining a street setback variation to permit the reconstruction of an existing two-car garage on the property legally described as: Lot 1 in Block 5 in Greenleaf's Subdivision of Blocks 29 to 34, both inclusive, in Wilmette in Township 42 North, Range 13, East of the Third Principal Meridian, in Cook County, Illinois.
