Notice is hereby given that on Wednesday, February 16, 2005 at 7:30 P.M., the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Wilmette will conduct a public hearing in the Council Chambers of Village Hall, 1200 Wilmette Avenue, Wilmette, Illinois when matters listed below will be considered:
2005-Z-10 2844 Blackhawk Road
A request by Andrew and Mary Pat Studdert for a 192.96 square foot (24.05%) side yard adjoining a street impervious surface variation and a variation to allow a parking space in a side yard adjoining a street in order to permit the expansion of a drive and parking pad on the property legally described as:

Lot 11 in Block 8 in Seger's Subdivision of Lot 5 in the Northeast ¼ of the Northwest ¼ of Section 33, Township 42 North, Range 13 East of the Third Principal Meridian, in Cook County, Illinois.
