Notice is hereby given that on Wednesday, April 20, 2005 at 7:30 P.M., the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Wilmette will conduct a public hearing in the Council Chambers of Village Hall, 1200 Wilmette Avenue, Wilmette, Illinois when matters listed below will be considered:
2004-Z-77 250 Vista Court A request by Raanan and Nurit Crystal for an 8' front yard setback variation to permit the construction of a two-car garage on the legal non-conforming structure on the property legally described as: Lot 46 in Fifth Addition to Hollywood in Wilmette, Being a Subdivision of Parts of Certain Lots in County Clerk's Division Section 32, Township 42, Range 13, East of the Third Principal Meridian, in Cook County, Illinois

2005-Z-251136 Sheridan Road A request by Brandon Pigott for a 461.15 square foot (13.58%) lot coverage variation and a 1,096.2 square foot (21.55%) total floor area variation to permit the construction of a two story addition on the property legally described as: Lots 7 and 8 in Block 8 in Milton H.
