Notes: Constance A. (nee Kreischer) Haugsness, 58, a resident of Wilmette, died April 15 in her home.

Mrs. Haugsness was born Sept. 29, 1946 in Evanston.

Survivors include her husband, William A. Haugsness of Wilmette; two sons, Jeffrey and Gregory both of Wilmette; one sister, Mary (John) Haugsness of Evanston; and many cousins.

Services were held on Monday, April 18 at St. John's Lutheran Church in Wilmette.

Interment was at Memorial Park Cemetery in Skokie.
