- About a dozen Trevian runners trained for the Lakeshore Marathon following the conclusion of the cross country season last fall. The Memorial Day race in Chicago featured a major blunder when the event organizers accidentally plotted a course that was one-mile longer than the standard marathon race of 26.2 miles.
