Notes: Richard "Fritz" Kahle drove up to the curb at C. J. Arthur's restaurant at 1126 Wilmette Ave at 3:15 p.m. Friday and fired a shotgun multiple times at Sepheri as she was eating a late lunch outside the restaurant with her two daughters, 4-year-old Sholeh and 2-year-old Menaje. Kahle then drove several blocks to the victims' house in the 900 block of Green Bay Road and was found dead in a nearby yard, where he had shot himself with a handgun. Sepheri was a waitress at C. J. Arthur's restaurant owned by Art and Cindy Falzer, and was engaged to their son, Jason Falzer.
