Residents of the 35-unit Village Green Atrium condominiums want Wilmette to cover part of a building rehabilitation that would cost more than $1 million. The residents say the problems date back to design problems when the building was converted from a curling rink to senior housing in 1983. Comments by condominium association president, Pat Witt.
