North Shore chapter, Reserve Officers Association of the United States will hold a testimonial dinner and ball in honor of Col. John W. H. Pollard on Feb. 22 in the Orrington hotel, Evanston. Committee members include Capt. Tell Nelson, Lieut. Kirk Taylor, Maj. George R. Harbaugh, Capt. Walter C. Bowman, Lieut. James Leahy.

Guests of honor will include Admiral John Downes, Maj. Gen. D. T. Merrill, Gen. Charles G. Dawes, Capt. E. D. Washburn, Col. T.V. Siqueland, Col. Philip Fox and Mayor Charles H. Bartlett. Other committee members include Col. William A. Carroll, Col. Max Woldenberg, Major George R. Harbaugh, Major Frank Woods, Capt. W. W. Hawkins, Lieut. Walter F. Olson, Lieut. Joseph W. Jogl and Lieut. Raymond J. Thorsen.
